DDGS
Distiller's Dry Grains with Solubles (DDGS) is a by-product of the fermentation of ethanol or bio-ethanol. Thanks to its high content of protein, vitamin B, biotin and micro-elements it is easily digestible, a great source of energy and a popular fodder and ingredient of feed mixes.
We are one of the few companies in Poland to offer superb corn with protein content exceeding 32% .
This is made possible thanks to the innovative technology developed together with GEA Barr-Rosin from Great Britain.
SPENT GRAIN
An excellent fodder material created during the decantation of stillage. Since we mainly use corn as a raw material, the resulting grain is a valuable fodder for farm animals, eg for dairy cattle and beef cattle. The dry mass protein content is 36% and it is GMO free.
The spent grain is loaded onto trucks directly from the production line, with no intermediate storage, which gives the buyers an assurance of the top quality of the product.
FEED SYRUP
The feed syrup is a product created during thickening of the stillage, in a three-stage evaporation installation with a mechanical vapor thickening system.
The process consists in concentrating the mass several times, to around 30-35%.
The feed syrup is predominantly used in feed fertilizers in TMR feeding, as a supplement for the remaining feed components. It positively affects the flavor characteristics of the ready fodder. The feed syrup contains around 20% of protein in dry mass. It is GMO free.
