Rectified corn alcohol has a slightly sweet, gentle aftertaste and is commonly used for the production of flavored vodkas, liqueurs, spirit beverages and in sugar industry. On the other hand, wheat and rye alcohols have a more pronounced taste, making them a better choice for premium, clear vodkas.
